My cursor changes to multiple small images of what it should be.
Example, the move hand, I get 3 on the screen, on the pointer, I get 3 on the screen, on others, I also get 3 cursors on the screen.
Anyone seen this type of behavior or have any ideas?
I contacted Adobe support and after several days, they recommended I remove and reinstall the software, which is what I did, to no avail.
I can’t get a screen shot because Windows removes the cursor before it takes the screenshot.
I have software that allows me to take a video of the screen (we use it for training on programs) and it shows the images, but it is not one of the allowable uploads. I could not send it to support either, they have a statement about being able to submit files to an FTP site, but they have/will not give me the address, just want to keep sending me emails.
Support must be in a different time zone, because it takes them 24+ hours to respond to a posting to the case.
