I have windows XP. Using Elements 8 when it is first opened and the mouse hovers over a tool in the tool box the name of the tool appears. After a period of time when I go back and hover the mouse over a tool in the tool box the name does not appear. If I shut down Elements 8 and open it again everything is working for about an hour or so (not sure about the exact time) before it happens again. I have tried resetting the tools but it does not solve the problem. Help.
