I would like some input on how to best organize a keyword hierarchy. I have been using LR 2 for about a year with about 5000 images which have been keyworded manually in a flat format. I have started some levels as a test, some things organized as place>state>city>etc. It seems to matter sometimes if the words are capitalized or not or plural or not when I search for certain words and I don’t use the capital letter or I search for the singular, so before I invest a lot of time organizing I don’t want to make any unnecessary errors in judgement at this point. Also is there an easier way to setup levels on a flat list with established words other than finding a word and dragging it to the word and dropping it in place? I have tried to research this by reading several books and looking at several websites that sell canned lists but have not found anything that talks about just using the singular or whether to capitalize or not – Thanks.
