Hi all,
Just received the disk of PSE 8 for Mac as a present. I try to install and it gets stuck on “preparing to install.”
Equipment: MacBook Pro Running 10.6.2
Have Lightroom 2, Lightrroom 3 Beta, Acrobat 8 Pro, Flash Player and Community Help Client
Previously i bought and downloaded PSE 8 but I had the same issue. I ‘returned it” and got my money back.
Ideas please?
