Re: Elements 8 while using it when the mouse hovers over a tool in tool box no name appears.

Make sure when you hover over a tool in the toolbox, a faint rectangle appears around that tool. Only then, will the name of the tool appear.

Also, reply back if it is happening with a particualr tool alone.
